    Why a transformation at all?

The answer is in my checklist: the more of the symptoms listed there you recognize in your organization, the clearer the answer becomes.

What does any of this have to do with AI?

For me, AI is a tool, an enabler, a trigger or an occasion. But in my understanding, the goal of a transformation is not to use AI, nor AI for its own sake. The goal of a transformation, for me, is to become a future-proof and learning organization that works more efficiently and gives everyone more motivation. AI can be used sensibly in many places, but it is not the main goal.

How much does a transformation cost?

Our hourly and daily rates are the same as what you would pay other service providers. How much effort is actually needed in your organization depends on exactly what you want. It can range from occasional hourly or daily engagements of individual people to longer-term engagements of several people. My recommendation is to start small first, to get to know each other better and to identify what exactly you want and how you want to proceed.

How long does a transformation take?

The first positive changes are noticeable after a short time — that can happen within the first few days. But until a larger organization positions itself fundamentally differently, years can pass. In my experience, a lot moves within the first three months with more intensive support, then come three months in which the organization moves forward on its own with little external support, and after that come the most critical three months, in which deeper problems are worked on. If this last phase has gone well, the organization can continue on its own again and only fall back on external help occasionally. The goal of a transformation with me is that you accomplish it mostly with your own strength and only minimally with external help.

    Who can commission a transformation?

Those people who have the authority to book external service providers for workshops can be the initial impulse. Once trust has been established and it becomes clear how to approach the transformation (after free conversations), you need the backing of top management and the authority and budget to commission a service provider for several days or weeks. As a rule, these are managers who can initiate these processes internally and who are able to secure the backing of top management.

How many people do we need for a transformation?

You need top management's approval, your existing teams and their coordinating and leading roles. To begin with, you need someone who initiates and orchestrates the transformation. Whether one person is enough depends on how much you want to change in your organization.

Does Bianca J. Schulz work alone or does she have a team?

I can offer you both options. Through my network, I can put together one or more teams. But I can also work together with your other service providers.

Why should I choose Bianca J. Schulz as my transformation partner?

Before you can answer this question, you first have to get to know me. Get a picture of me first:

Trust has to build slowly, which is why I offer you these options.
