Bianca J. Schulz is an independent AI Transformation Partner based in Würzburg, Germany. She works with leadership teams in Data and AI to design organizations that can adopt AI sustainably. Her signature tool is the **Discipline Net**: an interactive map of 19 organizational disciplines that need to be mastered to become a true learning organization in the age of AI.

She has worked inside or close to nearly 40 companies, from 5-person teams to 800,000-employee enterprises, across 4 continents and in 3 languages (English, German, French). Her background spans database development, software engineering, project lead, scrum master, agile coach and leadership roles with responsibility for up to 7 teams in parallel.

77Applied (currently in formation) is her vehicle for building an agentic AI system on sovereign infrastructure, using open-source frameworks running locally — designed to meet EU AI Act requirements from day one.
